Lori Newman, RN
Lori joined the Regional Perinatal Center as Director in February of 2008. She graduated from Texas Women’s University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Home and Family Living. She received an Associate Degree in Nursing from North Central Texas College. After graduation, she worked for 2 years in Medical/Surgical wards, the Emergency Room, Post Partum, and Nursery. In 1995, she accepted a position in Home Health and spent the next 13 years as a Home Care Services Director. Lori is the Director of the Regional Perinatal Center. She is married with 2 children.
Theresa Roys, RN
Theresa joined the Regional Perinatal Center in 2008. She graduated from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Alberta Canada in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has worked at Odessa Regional Medical Center since 1993. During these years, she worked in Postpartum/Antepartum and Ambulatory Surgery prior to joining us at the Regional Perinatal Center. Theresa is married and has 2 daughters.
Tamara Scott, RN
Tamara joined the staff at the Regional Perinatal Center in 2009 to manage the Midland office. She graduated from Angelo State University with an Associate Degree in Nursing. She worked in the Labor and Delivery unit of a regional hospital for 10 years. She also worked part-time at Odessa Regional Medical Center for 7 years and full-time for 1 year. She is married with 3 children. She is the nurse in the Midland Office of the Regional Perinatal Center.
Esperanza Searcy, LVN
Esperanza joined Odessa Regional Medical Center in November 2009 to work at the Regional Perinatal Center in Midland. She graduated from San Angelo Vocational School of Nursing in 1977. Esperanza worked at Medical Center Hospital in the Maternal/Child Unit for 25 years then transferred to the Inpatient Rehab Unit where she worked for 4 years. She is married with 2 children.
Missy Williams, CST
Missy has been at the Regional Perinatal Center since 2002. She graduated from Odessa College with an Associate Degree in Surgical Technology in 1992. She joined Odessa Regional Medical Center in 1994 as a surgical technician and worked in Labor and Delivery. In 2002, she transferred to the Regional Perinatal Center. She enjoys working with expectant mothers, and assists with patient care, and many of the office procedures. She is married and has 2 daughters.
