Donna M. Kelly, RNC

Administrative Director

Donna graduated from nursing school in December of 1981 and the primary focus of her nursing career has been in obstetrics.  She obtained her certification in obstetrics in 1992.  Donna has several years of Labor & Delivery experience and in 1993 she helped establish the first high risk pregnancy area at Odessa Women’s and Children’s Hospital (now Odessa Regional Medical Center).  After a brief time away from that area, she returned to the Regional Perinatal Center in 2003 serving as Director until December 2007.  She became the Administrative Director of WTXMFM in October 2008.

Loren L. Rich, RN

Perinatal Outreach Coordinator

Loren joined the West Texas Maternal Fetal Medicine Center in 2008. She graduated from Midland College with an Associate Degree in Nursing. She has worked at regional hospitals in Labor and Delivery. She is passionate about Maternal Health Care and follows all the maternal and/or neonatal transports to maintain the referring physician informed of the patient’s progress.  She is married and has 2 daughters and 3 sons.
